I came across this article last night and had to share, because it’s definitely worth a read. Eric Kim, a talented street photographer based in Los Angeles, discusses his hesitation in using film, how he made the switch, and why he loves it now. He also discusses some basics of learning to shoot with film, as well as choosing a film brand.
One of the main points he discusses is in shooting film specifically for street photography, and the many benefits it has. For those of you who may have missed it, I previously posted a selection of some of my street photography shot on film.
Head over to Eric’s blog to read the full article, which will hopefully inspire you to shoot some film :)
